Remote employees are expected to be responsive to emails, instant messages, and other forms of communication during working hours. Employees must inform their team and supervisor in advance if they will be unavailable or unreachable during their designated work hours. All official communication channels provided by CV Circle must be used for work-related communication.
Work Environment
Remote employees are responsible for creating a suitable and productive work environment in their homes. Employees must ensure they have a quiet space free from distractions to effectively carry out their duties. CV Circle will provide necessary support or resources to help employees establish an appropriate remote work setup if needed.
Data Security and Confidentiality
Remote employees must adhere to CV Circle’s data security and confidentiality policies at all times. Employees are responsible for ensuring the security of company data and information stored on their remote devices. Any breaches of data security or confidentiality must be reported immediately to the IT department and the supervisor.
Performance and Accountability
Remote employees will be evaluated based on their performance and productivity, similar to on-site employees.
